Your satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you end up not liking what you buy for any reason, just return it within seven days and I will give you a full refund minus the initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING:

In the U.S First Class shipping is $1.50 for up to three pendants w/out insurance. For more than three pendants and other items it just depends on the weight and the size of the package.
Priority shipping is $3.85
International shipping add $5.00

Because Pyrex is such a strong material I do not usually purchase insurance from the post office, but that is an option available to you if you want to pay for it.

Insurance cost:

$1.30 up to $50 purchase total
$2.20 for up to $100 purchase total
$3.20 for $100-$199 purchase total, etc.
